Anjeka 6111 Industrial coating Oil Based high filler viscosity reduction epoxy floor coating additives adhesive dispersant BYK111
DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6111 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings that improves pigment wetting, reduces the time required for the grinding process and stabilizes pigment dispersion.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Layering and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 10˚C. Heat to 20˚C and mix thoroughly before use.
Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTES
This product should be stored in airtight containers and should not be re-stored after pre-dilution.
ATTENTION
Because of its high acid value, the additive may potentially accelerate the reaction of baking systems. Check the increase in viscosity during storage is necessary.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Coating Industry
Properties and Advantages.
Anjeka-6111 is mainly used in high solids and solvent-free coatings. Due to its anionic properties, it is well suited for acid-catalyzed systems (e.g. coil coatings). Anjeka-6111 stabilizes inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide, which increases gloss, reduces haze, and considerably reduces the viscosity of the abrasive, and it can be used in conjunction with pigment pastes stabilized with the Anjeka range of additives. It can be used with pigment pastes stabilized with Anjeka additives.
APPLICATION SECTORS
Industrial coatings
Automotive coatings
Coil coatings
Anti-corrosion coating systems

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
The amount of additives (in purchased form) is based on the pigment:
Inorganic pigments: 2%-5%
Titanium dioxide: 1%-3%
The above data are empirical, the optimum dosage should be determined by a series of tests.
INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
In order to obtain the best performance, the additives should be added to the abrasive before the pigments.
