PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Anjeka-7410 is a multifunctional organosilicone additive designed to improve flow and leveling while simultaneously suppressing foam. It moderately reduces surface tension, enhancing film uniformity and minimizing surface defects such as Bernard cells.

STORAGE & HANDLING
Store in a cool, well‑ventilated area with containers tightly sealed, away from heat and ignition sources. Maintain storage temperature between 0°C and 40°C, avoiding direct heat exposure. Recommended shelf life is 12 months.

COMPATIBILITY NOTE
While exhibiting good general compatibility, stability, recoatability, and shrinkage behavior should be verified in specific formulations prior to full‑scale use.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES
Anjeka-7410 functions as a flow‑promoting leveling agent with supplementary defoaming activity, dependent on coating polarity. It is thermally stable up to 250°C (480°F) and does not compromise intercoat adhesion. The additive enhances surface slip, scratch/abrasion resistance, and prevents Bernard‑cell formation. It also improves the orientation of aluminum flakes and matting agents. Notably, it does not increase gloss, even in challenging high‑solids PU, acid‑cured, or unsaturated polyester systems. In curtain‑coating operations, Anjeka-7410 helps stabilize the coating curtain.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS
Suitable for solvent‑borne coating systems.

DOSAGE GUIDANCE
Typical addition level: 0.1–0.5% on total formulation weight.
Note: The indicated range serves as a starting point; optimal dosage should be established through formulation‑specific testing.

INCORPORATION
May be introduced at any stage of production, provided adequate mixing is ensured.
