Anjeka-6912 is an acid-functional copolymer designed for effective dispersion and viscosity reduction in highly filled, solvent-free, and UV-curable resin systems.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT

Stir thoroughly before use. Separation or cloudiness may occur below 0°C; restore by warming to 30–40°C with agitation.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Uses: High-fill, solvent-free, and UV-curable coatings, adhesives, and composites.

APPLICATION SECTORS

Ideal for dispersing and reducing viscosity of inorganic pigments and fillers in solvent-free/UV-curing systems, including epoxy and unsaturated polyester resins.

Dosage (as supplied):

Inorganic pigments: 1–6% (on pigment weight)

Fillers: 0.1–2% (on total formulation weight)

Optimize through testing.

Incorporation:
Add to the grinding vehicle before introducing pigments for best results.
