GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6622 is a zero-VOC, solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive formulated for solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems, floor coatings, and printing inks. Its broad compatibility profile makes it especially recommended for producing pigment concentrates. As a 100% active additive, it is ideally suited for high-solids and solvent-free formulations.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store in a cool, dry place.

Mix thoroughly before use. Separation or turbidity may occur below 0°C. If this happens, warm to 20°C and mix thoroughly until homogeneous.

The recommended maximum shelf life is 12 months.

Anjeka-6622 deflocculates and stabilizes pigments through steric hindrance, imparting a uniform charge to different pigment types to prevent co-flocculation. This results in enhanced gloss and color strength, increased transparency of transparent pigments and hiding power of opaque pigments, along with significant viscosity reduction of mill bases.

APPLICATION SECTORS
Due to its 100% active content, Anjeka-6622 is particularly effective in high-solids systems and floor coatings. It offers broad compatibility with standard resin systems, including alkyds, cellulose, polyols, chlorinated rubber, epoxies, and polyurethanes. The additive significantly reduces mill base viscosity, enabling higher pigment loading.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Dosage based on dispersant solids to pigment weight ratio:

Inorganic Pigments: 5% – 10%

Titanium Dioxide: 1% – 3%

Organic Pigments: 10% – 35%

Carbon Black: 15% – 75%
Note: These are empirical starting points. The optimum dosage must be determined through practical testing.

INCORPORATION & PROCESSING
For optimal performance, incorporate the additive into the mill base.

For Resin-Free Pastes: Premix the solvent with the additive under stirring before adding pigments.

For Resin-Containing Pastes: Thoroughly mix the resin, solvent, and additive before introducing pigments.
