GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Anjeka-6910A is a wetting and dispersing additive for unsaturated polyester and epoxy systems. It stabilizes inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide, and significantly reduces the viscosity and improves the flow of the mixture.

Acid value (mg KOH/g): 100-300

Density g/cm³ (23℃): 1.10-1.30

Viscosity cps (25℃): 100-800

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

Delamination or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 10℃, and can be recovered by heating to 30℃-40℃.

Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

 

APPLICATION MESSAGE

This additive is recommended for solvent-borne and solvent-free systems to stabilize inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide. It effectively reduces the viscosity of the system and improves the fluidity of the system.

 

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

Dosage of additives: (W/W) based on inorganic fillers or pigments 0.5%-1%.

The above data are empirical, the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.

 

INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

For best performance, add the dispersant to the resin first and then add the filler or pigment.
